TalentHurry does not ask candidates to pay for profile submission or selection. Candidate recruitment submissions therefore do not ordinarily create a refundable payment.

Employer fees, billing milestones, replacement support and cancellation rights are defined in the accepted proposal or service agreement. That written agreement takes priority over this general policy.

If an employer cancels before agreed recruitment work begins, any refund or credit will be assessed against the signed scope, payment terms and non-recoverable setup or third-party costs already incurred.

Fees for completed or commenced requirement discovery, sourcing, screening, advertising, coordination or other delivered work are generally non-refundable unless the applicable service agreement expressly states otherwise.

Verified duplicate payments or clear billing errors will be corrected to the original payment method or adjusted against a future invoice, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

A replacement search is not the same as a cash refund. Eligibility, duration, exclusions and employer obligations are governed only by the written replacement clause in the applicable service agreement.

Submit the invoice reference, organisation name, payment date, amount and reason through the Contact page. Requests are reviewed against the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement and work completed.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where practicable. Processing time depends on banking and payment-provider timelines. Statutory rights, where applicable, are not excluded.
